5 Days Marangu Route Safari

Marangu route is the most well-known route, less difficult and the shortest way to Uhuru Peak. This is also known as a tourist route or the coca cola route. Most of the trekkers choose this route, because it’s the most easier route. Most of the route is fairly easy but the final part to the summit is still difficult.

All camps on this route sale good such as chocolate, beer, soft drinks and mineral water, and they all have radio contact to the park office. This can be done in 5 days but your advised to take an extra day for acclimatization at the Horombo hut, which is the only campsite on Kilimanjaro with beds and mattresses.
